Terms of lodging

Rates are for 2 or 3 people depending on the apartment. Extra charges for additional guests to be negotiated on the phone

Rent – is that which you agree on the phone, no other hidden or additional charges

Flexible payment system – accommodation beyond the hotel days. If you need to arrive before 14-00 or leave after 12-00, you do not need to pay the full cost of the day.

Check-in before 14:00 (not guaranteed) is possible if the apartment is ready by this time.

Registration of night check-in (from 21.00 to 8.00) – no extra charge

Check-out after 12:00 – payment by the hour (if the apartment is not booked by the next guest)

Please note – the apartment is rented out for use EXCLUSIVELY for accommodation.

After 9 p.m. the tenant must not disturb the neighbors, because the apartments are located in ordinary residential buildings.

Apartments are not rented by the hour or for any events.

We do not accommodate guests in any state of intoxication or with animals.

It is strictly NO SMOKING in the apartments or the entrances!

Check-in only on presentation of a passport

The security deposit for the keys and the order in the apartment from 2000 to 3000 rubles (refundable upon check-out, in the absence of claims)

The apartment is designed strictly for living! No parties or other events.

Age restrictions

We accommodate guests from 23 years old.

No smoking

We STRICTLY do not allow smoking in our apartment or in the entryway.

No pets
